$250 for initial intake

$200 per 50-minute individual session

$225 for 80-minute individual session

$300 for 60-minute couples or family session

 $300 for co-therapy for couples

$300 for walk and talk therapy or nature based therapy conducted outside.

We are happy to speak with you about our concierge therapy, staff training, and speaking availability. Pricing includes our travel time and hourly fees for service.

Every consultation outside of scheduled appointments will be charged the full fee of $400 by the quarter hour.

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and HSA cards.

We understand the importance of finding the right therapist. If you feel like we are a “perfect match” please do not let finances stand in the way of connecting with us. We will do our best to work with you on payment options and are happy to speak with you further about this during your free consultation.

Insurance

We are out of network with insurance, which means we do not work with any insurance company directly. Many insurance policies have out of network benefits. We recommend calling the number on the back of your card to ask them: “What are my out of network psychotherapy benefits?” BFF therapy will provide you with the “superbill” required for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

For your convenience we are able to keep a card on file to be charged after your session. This is required for all online therapy clients.

Benefits to you to pay out of pocket:

There are benefits to paying out of pocket. One of the top reasons people choose to pay out of pocket is because you are not limited to a certain duration of therapeutic treatment. Therapy can meet your specific needs, and you and your therapist can decide on a treatment plan together. Because you are not using insurance we do not have to give you a formal diagnosis. Sometimes having a mental health diagnosis can impact life insurance or future employment.

Cancellation Policy:

BFF Therapy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. We maintain the right to charge your full session fee for late cancellations and missed visits.
